Once a neglected and underutilized lot, this property, in Bath’s Historic District has been completely reimagined and transformed from a neglected property into an elegant outdoor retreat. The new master plan introduced a seamless transition to the home via a custom brick walkway and deck, providing much-needed access to the rear mudroom.  Fieldstone retaining walls were used to retain grade along the edges and create planing areas behind them. The landscape now features a diverse palette of native trees, shrubs, and perennials, effectively reducing the high-maintenance lawn by half while adding year-round visual interest.
