Developed masterplan for new construction on four-acre wooded site, with goal to reduce size of lawn and create a series of outdoor gathering spaces. Paver patio leads to granite steppingstone pathway, connecting house to potting shed and backyard garden. Due to rural location, deer-tolerant plants were selected.
